We hope you LOVE your breastfeeding items but we understand that sometimes the perfect fit is difficult to find! If you need assistance with bra fit, please visit Measure Yourself for Proper Nursing Bra Fit 

Our policy is 30 days from receiving your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but will issue a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges
A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days of the return being received by our returns department. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags attached. If an item has been washed, stained or worn, no refund, exchange or store credit is eligible. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is missing its tags or original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you can either place a new order for the new size of item that you need and then return the items that don't fit or fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form and send it back to us. We will process the exchange upon receipt of your package. **Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@nursingbraexpress.com
