We hope you LOVE your breastfeeding items but we understand that finding a good fit can be tricky, especially as a pregnant or nursing mom when your breast and body sizes change often. We offer Free Exchanges so that you can find your perfect fit!
If you need to exchange your bra for a new size, it must be in new conditions, unwashed, unworn and still have tags on. Our policy is 30 days from receiving your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can issue a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on.
A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days of the return being received and inspected by our returns department. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags attached. If an item has been washed, stained or worn, no refund, exchange or store credit is eligible. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is missing its tags or original packaging. Return shipping fees from the pre-paid mailing label will be deducted from the refund.
**Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
