 Our No-Hassle Return Policy

We, at Nursing Bra Express, want happy babies and happy nursing mamas! If it doesn't fit, if you don't like it, or if you end up not being able to breastfeed, simply send it back us. Unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 45 days of receipt.  Any returned items in new condition with original tags and packaging that are returned to us after the 45 day return period are eligible for store credit only.  No exceptions.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  **Please note that all nursing bras and clothing must still have original tags and packaging, and all products and accessories must be in original packaging, for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Orders
We are good but we’re not perfect! If we accidentally ship you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping the package back to us or we can send you a return label.  As soon as we receive the incorrect order, we’ll send you the correct order with free shipping.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange merchandise, you pay the shipping charges to send your items back to us.  You may exchange something for the same item in a different size or color and we'll pay the shipping costs (ground delivery only and in the US only). If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, purchase a different item or additional items, or exchange a second or third time, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.  **Please note that all nursing bras and clothing must still have original tags and packaging, and all products and accessories must be in original packaging, for a full exchange or refund.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for items returned without the original packaging and tags.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you pay for shipping it back to us.  Your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Defective Goods Policy
The defect must be noticed prior to being worn or washed, preferably with tags still on. Nursing Bra Express does not know if the care instructions were followed once the item has been worn and washed. The defect rate is extremely low with examples being a twisted strap or backwards shoulder adjustor. These are clearly defects that were not caused by poor care. A broken clip or wire poking through the fabric can occur but in order to accept it as a defect, the tags would have to be on the item. Poor care, such as, washing in hot water or not closing the clasp prior to washing, can result in a weakened clasp. Not following washer/dryer instructions can also result in an underwire poking through the fabric. If the product is defective before wear and wash, the item must be returned to us and inspected before any new item is shipped out. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
